Summer Culinary Delight

Discover a unique culinary evening dedicated to the fresh summer flavors of Sardinia, happening on Thursday, July 25th at 8:30 PM.

An elegant and enchanting event designed for food enthusiasts.

In partnership with Cantina Anthigori, nestled in a beautiful natural setting and committed to environmental sustainability. With 190 hectares of land, including 13.5 dedicated to organic vineyards, Anthigori enhances native varieties for a perfect blend of viticulture and nature.

The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Alessandro Cocco, celebrates Sardinia’s summer dishes with starters like mussel stew, burrida alla cagliaritana, and fried octopus in sweet and sour sauce.

The first course, oyster risotto with lemon caviar, promises freshness and sophistication, while homemade lemon mousse concludes the meal with sweetness and freshness.

Live music by Loungedelica will create a festive and relaxing atmosphere.

Details and Reservations: Dinner at 65 Euros per person with a bottle of sparkling wine for every two guests.
