The Transylvania family is moving to Cagliari for the Halloween weekend.
The top-grossing show across Italy arrives for its only performance in Sardinia at Teatro Doglio on November 4th, with two showings at 3:30 PM and 6 PM.
Plot: Jack Tripper, a comical and cowardly Italo-English aristocrat, is invited, along with his wife Amanda, to a remote castle in Transylvania to meet Ella’s family. Ella is the fiancée and promised bride of their son, Finn. Jack, initially opposed to the union of different cultures, arrives at the gloomy castle of his father-in-law.
What he doesn’t know is that Ella is none other than the daughter of Count Dracula, who is also against the union with humans. The vampire will do everything to prevent the marriage and transform the Tripper couple into vampires.
With werewolf grandmothers in love, towering uncles, and a never-ending series of endearing and clumsy bumbling monsters, the clash between the two families will have you dying…of laughter, of course!!
After a series of hilarious clashes between monsters and humans, the protagonists (and the children) will come to understand that there is no need to fear differences because there is much to learn from them.
An uproarious show for both young and old that, in a simple and direct manner, conveys a simple yet powerful message of acceptance, coexistence of different cultures, and, of course, against racism. A theme of extraordinary relevance, addressed with the light and entertaining touch of Pietro Clementi.
“…in the coexistence of races and in listening to others, there is true wealth.” (Il Messaggero)
Ticket sales will open on September 20th through BoxOffice Sardegna channels: Link to the website
